This property was badly damaged by builder liability and Complete was selected for the restoration of this residence. The consultants were from RV Buric and the lawyers Joel Rhine and Chris Chleborowicz were great. Every room in the house was damaged and we had to be careful to remove any of the mold that had begun to take hold in the residence.
The roof had some issues related to slope and all of the windows and doors flashings were reverse lapped and ruined the interior headers, stud walls and sheathing. The exterior claddings were cedar shakes and when replaced were installed over custom copper flashings. The restoration of this home was a major undertaking on an island served by boat only. We were proud to have worked for these clients and after a lot of effort, this project was complete.
