Jesus’ History
Jesus Rafuls, PE. With an associate degree in electricity from Cuba, began his career in United States as a carpenter, holding various positions in the construction industry until graduated in Civil Engineering. As a Structural Engineer, Jesus has worked on several residential and commercial projects in Florida, including luxury residences in gulf coast region.
Engineer with vast experience in structural analysis and design; building inspections, and strong background in Architecture and building construction. Able to communicate in English and Spanish. Profound understanding of design codes and standards, and proficient in design and analysis software. Experience gained with forensic engineering, evaluation of damages and construction defects and estimates using Xactimate software.
Jesus Rafuls, PE. With more than 9 years of experience in building structures he is involved in the creation of engineering evaluation reports, building inspections and 3D models, graphics and presentations. Jesus holds professional engineering in the State of Florida and FAA 107 Remote Pilot license. Currently working on obtaining the General Contractor and Home Inspector Licenses.
