Steve Mullins out of Ocean Springs, MS brought us in to establish issues associated with this community built in southern Mississippi. The property had been installed with a barrier EIFS intended to be installed without the use of a weather-resistant barrier. The walls in the residence were badly damaged and we identified the deficiencies as well as the expected costs of restoration.
