Since 1997, TeamComplete has united general contractors, engineers, and construction experts to solve complex property and building performance problems throughout Florida and the Southeast. From wind and water damage to construction defects, our team delivers credible, defensible findings backed by code, standards, and field experience.
What we do: Expert investigations, repair recommendations, cost evaluations, code and standard citations, and testimony on residential and light commercial structures impacted by wind, water, fire/smoke, termites, and construction defects.

What We’re Looking For
Willingness to travel for inspections (project-dependent)
Licensed PE or RA (or imminently eligible) for engineer/architect roles; senior diagnosticians considered with equivalent body of work.
Field investigation experience: intrusive/exploratory openings, moisture diagnostics, envelope testing, roof/cladding/window systems,
plumbing, foundations and framing.
Writing & testimony: concise, citable reports that withstand scrutiny.
A great work ethic and winning attitude is required.
