Paul’s History

Paul was born in Pensacola, FL and attended high school at Catholic High in Pensacola, FL. He graduated from Bishop O’Connell High School in Arlington, VA. He graduated from college at Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.

He is married and has a daughter and son. He loves spending time with his family, going to the market or Pensacola Beach on Saturday morning, watching football, taking road trips and visiting family.

Paul manages and directs the Forensic and Structural Engineering operations of the firm including forensic inspections, preparation and review of forensic reports, engineering design, construction and design documents, client interface, business development and company leadership. Provides Professional Engineering tasks related to Forensics Services, Structural Design Services and Construction Services for a variety of project types including municipalities, school districts, condominiums, professional buildings, facilities and residences for a variety of clients including attorneys, property owners, insurance providers and construction contractors.
