2025 was defined by progress, trust, and results.
Complete has experienced a 12% growth this year by expanding on our ability to provide service and support to those we serve. This growth is a result of utilizing an increased level of professionalism offered by our well positioned staff and industry-specific resources.
Another fantastic year at Complete as our Team has worked on exceeding the expectations of our clients.
Our leadership focus has been to build a professional relationship with our clients as we gain their trust and lead them out of the situation they are in and onto level ground.
Complete has had many successful projects this year some of which have resulted from Hurricane Ian.
The projects have included condominium towers ranging from 10 to 25 stories, church facilities and numerous residential structures.
Complete’s services have been requested by insurance companies and private clients. We strive to keep a balance between the type of work we perform based on insurance company generated projects, large loss plaintiff and property owners’ assignments and projects associated with in the trenches construction.

OUR TEAM
Complete’s leadership has worked to develop our team with the addition of technical expertise, both in law and accounting. Joining the group is Luiza Britto, a Brazilian trained lawyer, with an eagle sharp mind. Another addition to the team is VJ, who is originally from India. Both individuals are academically at the top of their class and each has shown an inspiring ability to adopt the mechanics of serving our clients. The addition of accounting to our group is something that I have sought for a long time; it is apparent that accountants think differently through the beauty of math and know how to apply values to different scenarios. I marvel at their ability to take massive, complex questions and respond to them in answers that can be explained in simple, laymen terms such as 1+1 = 2… unless it doesn’t!

Complete continues to explore new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to enhance our services. We remain focused on team development, innovation, and expanding into new markets across the Southeast.

- John Minor: Earned his IICRC designation, Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license, and certifications as a Mold-Related Services Assessor and Remediator.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Complete has expanded its role in construction management and consulting engineering, delivering strong results on high-end residential restoration projects across Florida.
From Destin and Seagrove to Tampa Bay and Miami, our team has supported clients with precision, expertise and attention to detail.
Tampa Bay Large Loss Restoration Project
One of these projects has been a larger residential structure that when all is said and done, will be as well built as anything in the Tampa Bay area. This project has taken me back 30 years to Pensacola Beach and Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. The flashing principles I learned years ago are still the same – nothing beats gravity. I also learned many years ago from my father, a tradesperson, that putting the customer first will always bring fulfillment.
WIND 2025 Conference
In 2025, the Complete team attended the WIND Conference in Texas, one of the leading industry events focused on property insurance, restoration, and dispute resolution. Being present at WIND allowed our team to stay aligned with the latest industry developments, connect with professionals across the country, and continue strengthening our expertise. Our participation reflects Complete’s ongoing commitment to growth, industry leadership, and delivering the highest level of service to our clients.
Concluding 2025
In reflection of 2025, I would like to briefly share a personal story.
Following a motorcycle incident in a remote area of Brazil, I was reminded of how blessed I am. I watched impatiently as my family circled the wagon; they protected me and brought me back to health. The Complete team took on tremendous challenges and accomplished everything that needed to be done. Coupled with the doctors and physical therapist, I have healed at a tremendous rate.
Thinking back, I can say that I am thankful for the difficulties, the hard moments and the times when I was not sure how to proceed. Those moments are the ones where grit and determination forged Complete’s future. Paths are rewritten over time; Complete continues to grow as a company and as a team with a common focus on service, and I am proud of that.
