The property was constructed in 1984 and housed six 2-story multi-family buildings that total approximately 16,500 sq. Ft.
Damage Assessment
These older apartment buildings suffered significant wind damage in the form of blown off shingle roofs and in some cases, the roof framing. The exteriors were also damaged, and the combination of roof and exterior damage led to extensive interior damage.
